火呼吸法是昆達利尼瑜伽練習中的基本呼吸技巧 之一。它可以和很多姿勢想結合,並有很多益處。正確 而又自如地掌握這一呼吸是非常重要的, Doing Breath of Fire: 做火呼吸法: ▶火呼吸法是快速的、節律性和持續性的呼吸。呼和 吸的時間相等,中間沒有停頓。(大約每秒鐘2至3次) ▶一般總是嘴巴閉上用鼻子進行呼吸練習,除非有特別 的要求。 ▶火呼吸法的力量來自于丹田和太陽神經叢。呼氣時 丹田和太陽神經叢向脊椎方向施壓,有力地把空氣從鼻 孔推出。如果你能夠快速地收縮橫膈膜的話,你會感到 這一動作是自動的。 ▶吸氣時上腹部的肌肉放鬆,橫膈膜向下延伸,這樣吸 氣更像是放鬆的一部分而不是用力的結果。 ▶在一個呼吸迴圈中胸部保持放鬆和微微抬起。 ▶在你做得正確的時候,手、腳、臉和腹部都應該沒有 僵硬的感覺。 ▶剛練習時火呼吸法可從1至3分鐘開始。有些人一開 始就能做到10分鐘火呼吸法。有些人在開始做這個呼 吸後會有些頭暈目眩的感覺。如果有這種現象,可以休 息一下。如果有耳鳴、晃動感和頭腦發輕的感覺都是完 全正常的,因為你的身體得適應新的呼吸模式和對神經 產生的新的刺激。有時候這些症狀是由於體內的毒素和 這種呼吸技巧引起的其他化學分泌造成的,可通過喝大 量的水和吃清淡的食物得到緩解。 ▶火呼吸法既不是強力呼吸,也不是風箱式呼吸。 ▶在孕期和經期,火呼吸是有所限制的。 Benefits of Breath of Fire: 火呼吸法的益處: ▶排除肺部、黏液內膜、血管和其他細胞中積累的毒素。 ▶增加肺活量,增強活力。 ▶強健對抗壓力的神經系統。 ▶修復交感神經系統和副交感神經系統之間的不平衡。 ▶強化臍輪。 ▶增加身體的耐力,並為更有效的運作作好準備。 ▶調節能量圈精微的心理電磁場,使血液更具能量。 ▶減輕由毒品、吸煙和不良飲食造成的上癮衝動。 ▶增加腦部供氧,有助於專注、敏捷和中性的大腦狀態。 ▶啟動免疫系統,有助於抵制疾病的產生。 ▶有助於協調肌體的生物節律。 •    Releases toxin and deposits from the [...]
